Flooding has been reported on several San Francisco streets and intersections this morning. The Embarcadero was briefly closed from Pier 39 all the way to AT&T Park, police said.
There have also been reports of flooding on U.S. Highway 101, near Cesar Chavez Street, by the corner of Geary Boulevard and Fillmore Street, Third Avenue and Lake Street and at Sunset Boulevard and Wawona Street, where a traffic signal was out, police said.

The reality star, who rose to fame on MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge, died at 10:22 a.m. Friday in New York City. She had candidly chronicled her cancer fight in a blog for PEOPLE.com. Along the way, Brown became an advocate and inspiration for others facing similar battles, founding MedGift, a support registry for those suffering from any illness.
"I want people to know that the fight is worth it," she told PEOPLE in October. "And that's something that's so important for me."
Last month, Brown revealed the devastating news that the cancer that had been found in her stomach and colon in August had spread to her liver and lymph nodes.

The LA Galaxy won a record fifth MLS Cup on Sunday, as they defeated the New England Revolution 2-1 in the 2014 MLS Cup Final at StubHub Center following added extra time.
Homegrown striker Gyasi Zardes scored in the 52nd minute to give the Galaxy the lead. Stefan Ishizaki hit a deflected cross into the box, and Zardes beat out Andrew Farrell with a slick move to get a clear shot off.
The Revs leveled the score in the 79th minute, when substitute Patrick Mullins received a pass from Jose Goncalves, then sent the pass along to Chris Tierney, who hit just enough on the shot to get it inside the far post.
The game then went to extra time, and in the second half of extra time, Robbie Keane put the hosts ahead once again with the clutch shot from close quarters.

After a rough start, the Seattle Seahawks are rolling and in control of their own destiny as they try to make their march back to the Super Bowl.
In their past two games they've beaten an Arizona team that had the NFL's best record by a score of 19-3, and just four days later on the road they smothered San Francisco, a top NFC team and divisional foe, by the same score. Despite losing players from last year's title team, injuries, and the Percy Harvin debacle, Pete Carroll has kept his locker room positive, focused and moving forward with his WinForever philosophy. You have to give him credit. When most teams would have fractured, his was fortified.
If the Seahawks win their last four games, they will win the NFC West and have another shot at a Super Bowl.
If they can pull that off, it will be because they're looking more like last year's Super Bowl champs. They're healthier on defense as both safety Kam Chancellor and linebacker Bobby Wagner have returned to bolster the Legion of Boom and ground defense. Seattle's defense is again ranked No. 1 in the league, allowing only 285.8 yards per game, which isn't far off their league-best 273.6 in 2013. Their offense is picking up steam at the right time, too, due in large part to their run game, which now leads the NFL with 168.6 yards per game, and is led by Marshawn Lynch, who has rushed for more than 100 yards in three of the past four games.
Let's take a look at three key matchups in Sunday's game between the Seahawks and Eagles that will play a key role in determining whether or not Seattle is able to continue building momentum while making a run at repeating as Super Bowl champs.

President Barack Obama said Wednesday that he and outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder are "not going to let up" in the effort to solve the problem of racial tensions that exists between law enforcement officers and minorities in communities nationwide. Obama's remarks came soon after a grand jury decided not to indict a white police officer in the July chokehold death of Eric Garner, an unarmed black man.

In a letter to Lyft, U.S. Senator Al Franken called on the transit company and Uber's biggest competitor to provide explicit details about its privacy policy.
"Consumers must be able to make informed decisions about whether and with whom they share personal information, and must be assured that when such information is shared it will receive the utmost protection," the letter reads.
The letter comes after BuzzFeed News reported that a NY Uber executive accessed this reporter's data and information without permission. Though Lyft employees, as BuzzFeed News reported (a story that Sen. Franken later cited), have the same access to user data that Uber employees do the company chose not to comment on the privacy issues or their general privacy rules as "a matter of policy."
Sen. Franken, the chairman of the subcommittee on Privacy, Technology, and the Law, included a list of 10 questions for Lyft to answer. Specifically, in light of revised restrictions on which employees have access to user information that a Lyft spokeswoman said the company imposed, Sen. Franken asked that Lyft disclose which employees still have access to data and what qualifies as a proper use of data. Furthermore, the Minnesota senator asks that Lyft explain whether accessing Re/Code reporter Liz Gannes' account without permission was a violation of past or current policies.
The senator also asks Lyft to divulge what kind of privacy training employees underwent and what methods of monitoring "improper use of customer data" Lyft has employed.
"It is critically important that sound privacy policies are not only established but are also adequately communicated to employees and affiliates, as well as customers, and are appropriately enforced," Sen. Franken writes. "I am particularly concerned about this in light of reports of past conduct suggesting inadequate regard among Lyft executives for customers' privacy."
